At this time, the District is not accepting applications for the On-Road Heavy Duty Voucher Incentive Program.

The On-Road Heavy-Duty Voucher Incentive Program (“VIP”) provides funding opportunities for fleet owners with 10 or fewer vehicles to quickly replace their older heavy-duty diesel or alternative fuel vehicles to zero-emission.

The goal of this voucher program is to scrap and replace older, higher polluting vehicles earlier than would have been expected through normal fleet turnover or by regulation.  Fleet owners that operate vehicles with six years or older to the current calendar year engine model year for diesel or alternative fuel engines may be eligible for funding towards the purchase of a replacement zero-emission vehicle.
