New Users - Please Read This First!
The Burn Permit Online Portal allows users to access their burn permit or apply for a new permit. First time users of the online portal will need to create an account with the system, by entering their email address and a password and then choosing the "REGISTER" option. Please make note of the email and password you have used to create your account, as this information will be necessary to access or renew your burn permit using the online portal.

Once your account has been set up with the portal, users will be able to access burn permit information at any time by using the "LOG IN" option. Once a new burn permit application is submitted it will then need to be reveiwed and approved by District staff before payment is made. Applications are typically approved daily, or the next business day if it is a weekend or holiday.

Once your application has been approved, you will receive an email with a link to make payment. The online burn permit portal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and debit cards. The permit is only valid after payment, and once paid the permit will be available through your account to print out or save to your mobile device.

If you are having problems with logging in or paying for a permit, please check the following: a) Does the email address match what you used to create the account? b) For password issues, click on the "Forgot your password" option which will allow you to reset your password. District staff do not have access to your password information.
