Emission Inventory Reporting
and Stationary Sources of air pollution within Humboldt, Del Norte, and Trinity Counties are required to report emission information to the District each year.
The District offers two methods for submitting this information:
- Option 1 - An Emission Inventory Reporting Form is mailed and emailed to each source required to report, on January 1st of each year.
Complete this form and mail it back to the District Office.
- Option 2 - Complete the process using the Online Reporting Tool. You can access this tool via the link provided to you in your email, or
by clicking on one of the links below. Reporting online saves you time and the cost of postage. Plus, you will receive instant confirmation that your report was received.

email updating your contact information.
Access the Online Reporting Tool:
the District is only offering online reporting to Portable Engines, Stationary Engines, and Gas Station Facilities. Reporting for the 2016 Calendar year
is due on or before February 1, 2017 for Gas Stations, and March 1, 2017 for Stationary and Portable Engines. A seperate report is required
for each device and/or location.
